Job Summary
A non-profit rights and equality group needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Monitoring Learning and Evaluation Impact Team Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with preparing the presentation
- Drafting and finalizing Terms of References (ToRs) and contracts
- Providing technical and administrative support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-year monitoring, learning, and evaluation experience in a non-profit or similar environment
- some project management experience
- Bachelors in monitoring, evaluation, and learning/applied research or other related disciplines
- Good knowledge of and prior experience with the full Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge and experience with qualitative evaluation methods
- Comfortable with working largely virtually and from own workspace
