Job Summary

A non-profit rights and equality group needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Monitoring Learning and Evaluation Impact Team Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting with preparing the presentation
• Drafting and finalizing Terms of References (ToRs) and contracts
• Providing technical and administrative support

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 3-year monitoring, learning, and evaluation experience in a non-profit or similar environment
• some project management experience
• Bachelors in monitoring, evaluation, and learning/applied research or other related disciplines
• Good knowledge of and prior experience with the full Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge and experience with qualitative evaluation methods
• Comfortable with working largely virtually and from own workspace
