A faith-based healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Network Access Center Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other potential contact methods
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quality
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- One year prior experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Demonstrates empowerment to successfully resolve customer inquiries
