Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote New Product Introduction Readiness Finance Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with and consistently influence Finance, Product and other cross-functional teams
• Building and maintaining very strong relationships in Product and across Finance
• Communicating the overall portfolio health through periodic status updates to executive stakeholder body

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in business administration, accounting or tax
• 5-7 years of relevant Finance experience with proven track record of leading large complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience in process and template design, and facilitating training and workshops
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
• Strong skills in Google Office Suite, Jira and general knowledge of financial systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines
