Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Platform Engineering Manager.

- Leading an initially small team of engineers with high expectations around individual ownership and impact
- Developing a healthy and collaborative culture that interacts effectively with other departments
- Enabling the group to deliver outstanding output
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience working in a software related field with increasing responsibility
- 5+ years of recent experience working as a Platform Engineer or DevOps Engineer
- 3+ years of recent engineering management experience with a range of responsibilities from developing talent to growing your group
- Experience efficiently delegating group responsibilities, conducting 1:1’s, and providing frequent, transparent, meaningful feedback
- Experience architecting for high-scalability and availability
- Must have hands-on experience using AWS and Azure
