Job Summary

A financial services and technology company has a current position open for a Remote Platform Integration Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Owning escalations for Integrations
• Working closely with Implementation to successfully scope and integrate ERP solution
• Attending or owning calls with customers / prospects as needed

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role, working with accounting systems
• Functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, AR, Billing, Expense Management, and HRIS
• Experience building process and programs that benefit customer outcomes
• Experience implementing a variety of ERP solutions (Workday ERP or Oracle Fusion)
• Demonstrated ability to provide customized solutions to a variety of customers
• Comfort leading customer engagements
