Remote Platform Integration Specialist
Job Summary
A financial services and technology company has a current position open for a Remote Platform Integration Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning escalations for Integrations
- Working closely with Implementation to successfully scope and integrate ERP solution
- Attending or owning calls with customers / prospects as needed
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role, working with accounting systems
- Functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, AR, Billing, Expense Management, and HRIS
- Experience building process and programs that benefit customer outcomes
- Experience implementing a variety of ERP solutions (Workday ERP or Oracle Fusion)
- Demonstrated ability to provide customized solutions to a variety of customers
- Comfort leading customer engagements
