Job Summary

A speech recognition applications developer has a current position open for a Remote Pro Fee Evaluation and Management OBGYN Medical Coder.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses and procedures relative to the patient's health care encounter
• Soliciting clarification from the physician regarding ambiguous or conflicting documentation i
• Contributing to a positive company image by exhibiting professionalism, adaptability and mutual respect

Position Requirements Include:

• Epic/3M 360 CAC
• CCS, RHIT, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC, or CIC required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a minimum 1 year of professional fee coding experience
• Understands medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, surgical technology, pharmacology and disease processes
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding principles and guidelines
