• Clarify criteria for ideal candidates and strengthening core brand story of publisher
• Create standard job descriptions for most typical roles needed that can be customized as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

• 10 years of experience in talent, recruiting, and HR
• Deep ability to listen to, understand, connect with, and help great creators identify their needs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to shape strategy and planning from ambiguity
• Strong understanding of key roles within the publishing space
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
