Job Summary

We are a wholesale, business "rescue" service. We do a business analysis with other businesses whom contact us with concerns. Our services include assisting with the "flaws"
of future business owners in the "start-up" process. That said, I am in overload with clientele
needing the business analysis, followed by plans of addressing findings.

Below I have listed Duties and Skills needed:
-business analysis background
-persuasive, friendly, sales skills

-people lover
-hardworker
-prompt, on time
-organized, great planner,
-basic accounting (write invoice, bill, keep records etc)
-business law (excellent at writing contracts in friendly, non-intimidating manor, knows how and what to be in all contracts, etc)
-knows all facets of businesses (especially required for success)
-able to determine what is missing when businesses are suffering
-finance background great
-keeps up with economy, it's impact on businesses of all sizes,
-able to apply to analysis of individual entities
-handle high levels of stress
-large network of decision makers
-cold calling experience
-recruiting/hiring background
-manage and motivate team built
-great with Microsoft, and Zoho

Duties:
-"substitute for CEO"
-contact and network for her
-interact to best of interest of business
-make new relations for business
-interact with current long list of potential leads wanting to
meet with or get to know CEO
-be honest of being an "assistant" to CEO, and networking on
her behalf (do not take credit and leave with relations if leave company)
-make sales, (if something one client has will fill a need of another)
-contact own network to make sales/referrals of others whom could buy
-determine flaws or possible sales of person(s) in relation/or new relation
-determine/research if flaws are "typical" and if so, of what industry/group/type of entity
-problem solve (what can we do to address/possibly solve or minimize flaw)
-as grow, and overload, build team below self that will be responsible to manage
-need to determine what part of your role, or type of service etc that is needing
additional staff
-determine qualified candidates for role
-motivate, train and reward team for financial success, and excellent customer service
-good listener, good with constructive criticism, open and always trying to improve



COMPENSATION:
-$26-$34.83/hr
-able to prove skills that qualify person as best candidate within first 90 days
-Commission available upon skills shown
-Commission rate and/or hourly can be changed at end of probationary period
-additional compensation, or bonuses available based on quarterly reviews
-Holiday bonuses or other additional compensation possible
