Building Performance Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Building Performance Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform building performance analysis and create graphical representations of results for project teams
- Manage documentation for LEED energy credits and energy code compliance reports
- Research performance modeling methodologies to enhance high-performance design solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- LEED, CPHC\D, BEMP certification or similar is strongly desired
- Experience with EnergyPlus/OpenStudio required; familiarity with other energy modeling software is a plus
- Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and energy-related codes
