Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Reservation Agent to provide exceptional customer service and manage reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about hotel services and the surrounding area
- Process and audit reservations, ensuring accuracy in billing and details
- Upsell resort experiences and manage group rooming lists in the property management system
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting
- Prior experience in a Reservations Department is preferred
- Intermediate to advanced typing and computer skills
- Flexibility to work remotely from 3pm to 11pm PST, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
