Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Reservation Agent to provide exceptional customer service and manage reservations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide information about hotel services and the surrounding area
  • Process and audit reservations, ensuring accuracy in billing and details
  • Upsell resort experiences and manage group rooming lists in the property management system
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Prior experience in a Reservations Department is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced typing and computer skills
  • Flexibility to work remotely from 3pm to 11pm PST, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
