Remote Senior Business Analytics Operational Risk Associate

Job Summary

A financial services and banking institution is filling a position for a Remote Senior Business Analytics Operational Risk Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Complete risk data analysis
• Assist with data analysis and scenario development to support the Operational Risk Scenario's required for CASTA
• Escalates promptly to appropriate operational risk team member

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Proficient in the CASTA process, its purpose in the banking industry, and regulatory requirements
• 5+ years of operational risk, capital planning, audit, or industry-related experience
• Sound decision-making skills; able to make decisions independently
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and manage individuals
• Candidate must be flexible and responsive to undertake new functions/tasks as the Operational Risk and line of business evolves and grows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Access, and the proven ability to learn how to use other unique technologies
