Job Summary
An insurance and finance company is in need of a Remote Senior Claims Processing Personal Lines Processor.
Must be able to:
- Handle complex claims processing functions including reports, analysis and erroneous claims
- Assist in determining the effect of new releases, transmittals, procedures and suggestions
- Identify system errors, program errors, system outages, processing improvements or workflow issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Claims processing systems skills
- Coding practices and procedures skills
- General accounting practice skills
- Customer service concepts skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate personal computer and related processing software
