Job Summary
A one-stop shop for all things business tech needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Cloud Voice Systems Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Design, program, and provision Cloud Voice products, services, and applications for new and existing customers
- Assist in new Cloud Voice cutovers and be available for post cut support
- Integrate and/or consolidate servers and services between different client business units and technologies
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience or equivalent experience
- Current high level industry recognized certifications including Call Control, Voicemail, Unified Communications and Call Center
- WEBEX Calling and WEBEX Contact Center experience required
