Remote Senior Cybersecurity Engineering and Engineering Operations Director

Job Summary

A sporting goods retail company is in need of a Remote Senior Cybersecurity Engineering and Engineering Operations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing vendor relationships
• Working and negotiating with partners on the staffing of skilled engineering positions on teams
• Monitoring tools and participating in conversations to encourage collaboration across product teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience required
• Proficient in managing and growing team members in a professional setting
• Proficient in effective troubleshooting and issue-resolution techniques
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or other Engineering with additional job experience
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and ability to demonstrate appropriate patterns to more junior team members
• Experience in production systems design including High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Performance, Efficiency, and Security
