Job Summary
A sporting goods retail company is in need of a Remote Senior Cybersecurity Engineering and Engineering Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing vendor relationships
- Working and negotiating with partners on the staffing of skilled engineering positions on teams
- Monitoring tools and participating in conversations to encourage collaboration across product teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience required
- Proficient in managing and growing team members in a professional setting
- Proficient in effective troubleshooting and issue-resolution techniques
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or other Engineering with additional job experience
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and ability to demonstrate appropriate patterns to more junior team members
- Experience in production systems design including High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Performance, Efficiency, and Security
