Job Summary
A vision insurance plan is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Data Modeler.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with business stakeholders to identify how data can be leveraged to improve decision making
- Working with technology teams to analyze data requirements
- Assessing the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data-gathering techniques
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, economics, or related functional area; or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to gather requirements
- 6 years of experience working with end users in development of analytical capabilities
- 6 years of hands-on experience in the data space spanning data modeling, SQL-based database management systems, etc
- Experience years expert-level SQL coding experience
