Job Summary

A privately-held financial-services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Financial Data Platform Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading integration with security tooling
  • Creating the integration with enterprise scheduling and monitoring with data pipeline orchestration
  • Leading containerization strategy for data hub

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience in utilization of cloud service API’s
  • Experience with Big Data Tools
  • Experience with batch and streaming data pipelines (Spark, Pub/Sub or Kafka)
  • Strong DevOps skills and background (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab)
  • Strong programming skills in 4 or more languages
  • Working knowledge of orchestration software (i.e. AirFlow, Control-M, Databricks Workflows)
