Remote Senior Immunology Bioinformatics Scientist

Job Summary

A genetic testing and diagnostics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Immunology Bioinformatics Scientist.

Must be able to:

• Develop or enhance computational tools to predict antigenic somatic variants
• Use internal and external genomics data sources
• Run and enhance established immune repertoire sequencing pipelines

Position Requirements Include:

• MS degree with 3+ years of post-graduation experience in immunology, bioinformatics, biology or a related field
• 3+ years demonstrated exposure using repertoire analysis tools
• Proven experience applying state of the art approaches to understand immune repertoires
• Great understanding of immunology and human genetics
• Experience analyzing genomic sequencing data from Illumina platforms
• Familiarity with using and scripting in UNIX shell
