Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Scientist - Bioinformatics Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines

- Test pipelines at a large scale and provide summary reports and documentation
Required Qualifications
- PhD or MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
- Knowledge of bioinformatics techniques and next generation sequencing data
- Ability to implement, develop, and modify bioinformatics pipelines
- Fluency in scientific scripting languages such as R or Python and bash environment
- Fluency in snakemake
