Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company has an open position for a Remote Senior Knowledge Base Technical Writer.
Must be able to:
- Take full ownership of content on specific areas of the platform, including new product lines
- Support company initiatives impacting customer success and business outcomes through help content strategy
- Write and refine help guides about our products
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of technical writing experience
- Experience building and executing content strategy for complex new product areas
- Experience using metrics to guide strategic, data-driven content decisions
- Experience with help/documentation CMS, project management, and bug-tracking software
- Ability to be comfortable working in basic HTML
