Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company has an open position for a Remote Senior Knowledge Base Technical Writer.

Must be able to:

Take full ownership of content on specific areas of the platform, including new product lines
Support company initiatives impacting customer success and business outcomes through help content strategy
Write and refine help guides about our products

Position Requirements Include:

3+ years of technical writing experience
Experience building and executing content strategy for complex new product areas
Experience using metrics to guide strategic, data-driven content decisions
Experience with help/documentation CMS, project management, and bug-tracking software
Ability to be comfortable working in basic HTML
