Job Summary
A company develops business solutions and payment processing software is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Payment Processing Software Strategy and Ops Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining metrics, dashboards and reporting for all KPIs
- Collaborating cross functionally across Office of the CTO & Office of the CDO
- Serving as a consultant to Technology and Digital Senior leadership and Executive Leadership Team
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience with Process improvement in Technology, strategy or financial services
- Experience with defining and implementing metrics/KPIs cross functionally
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Self directed with a strong sense of ownership in your work
- Strong leadership skills and team orientation; ability to lead change
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
