Remote Senior PMO Manager and Agile Leader
Job Summary
A furniture manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Senior PMO Manager and Agile Leader.
Must be able to:
- Lead project intake and prioritization process of projects to optimize work on the highest impact projects
- Drive the projects using a documented and communicated phased stage gate process
- Build and coach high-performing agile pods
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience successfully leading technical projects
- 5 years PMO leader experience
- 7+ years' experience in agile coaching/mentoring role
- 3-5 years of direct Scrum Master role experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
