Job Summary

A furniture manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Senior PMO Manager and Agile Leader.

Must be able to:

  • Lead project intake and prioritization process of projects to optimize work on the highest impact projects
  • Drive the projects using a documented and communicated phased stage gate process
  • Build and coach high-performing agile pods

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience successfully leading technical projects
  • 5 years PMO leader experience
  • 7+ years' experience in agile coaching/mentoring role
  • 3-5 years of direct Scrum Master role experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
