Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Handle hiring, training, performance management and career development of project managers
• Lead a team of project managers who have responsibility to support functional leads within GSS
• Establish and drive adherence to standardized processes

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 10+ years in an upper management role, preferably program management
• Thought leadership to develop and deliver against new initiatives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering solutions
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office including a working knowledge of MS Project and Accelerator
