Remote Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle hiring, training, performance management and career development of project managers
- Lead a team of project managers who have responsibility to support functional leads within GSS
- Establish and drive adherence to standardized processes
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 10+ years in an upper management role, preferably program management
- Thought leadership to develop and deliver against new initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering solutions
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office including a working knowledge of MS Project and Accelerator
