Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior SFC Service Cloud Business Systems Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Documenting business process flows and requirements for the roadmap of enhancements
  • Managing Salesforce Service Cloud roadmap
  • Assisting in creating reports and dashboards for users

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a business systems analyst on the Salesforce platform
  • Technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Experience in Agile Development Methodologies
  • Excellent project delivery skills
  • Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
