Job Summary

A network that powers approximately 25 million Internet properties has an open position for a Remote Senior Support Technical Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Define business and process requirements for the tools used by those teams to deliver support services to our customers
  • Own the roadmap and backlog of feature requests for the Support tools
  • Create and develop the long-term vision for our ticketing system

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years of technical program management experience or experience in large-scale project management
  • Strong competency with Confluence, JIRA, and various development methodologies
  • Ability to work within an Agile framework, making iterative progress and developing a strong backlog of work
  • Solid customer support foundation
  • Proven track record creating product or project roadmaps, building and maintaining timelines, identifying and controlling risk
  • Flexibility and adaptability, experience trying different approaches and adapting as you go based on the needs of your team / project
