Job Summary
An IT and engineering firm is seeking a Remote Senior Systems Administrator Technical Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining smooth operation of multi-user computer system
- Monitoring and managing system resources
- Performing systems security administration functions
Required Skills:
- BS and 12-15 years, or MS and 10-13 years, or Phd and 10+ years, or equivalent experience
- Or a degree in business administration/management, information systems, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience
- ITIL v3 and/or ITIL 4 Foundation to align with the latest version of DESMF
- Experience with ticketing systems and incident management in a large Windows-based environment
- 5 years of experience managing IT service desks of similar scope and complexity
- Ability to obtain/maintain: Secret Clearance
