Job Summary
An IT company is filling a position for a Remote ServiceNow Integration Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing and maintaining various integration automations
- Moving data across systems to facilitate a process, such as sending ServiceNow records to Jira
- Presenting 3rd-party web information within the Now Platform, such as team/project structure data lookup
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Hands-on experience in application administration/configuration/development of ServiceNow ITSM
- Hands-on experience in CMDB, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
- ServiceNow certified system administrator
- ServiceNow certified implementer – IT Service Management
- Additional ServiceNow implementer certifications in other product lines
- Experience in performing system integration/service delivery automation using ServiceNow Integration Hub and ServiceNow Store
