Job Summary
A computer software company is in need of a Remote Software Conversions and Optimization Services Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage critical activities that occur in the clients’ life cycle
- Work on software changes and upgrades
- Help the company meet its goal of revenue growth
Required Skills:
- Proven success in utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action
- Bachelor’s Degree, and Project Management or Process Improvement certifications
- 5+ years of experience leading change in software organizations
- Or 5+ years of experience owning and managing conversions programs that resulted in significant revenue growth at SaaS companies
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Smartsheet to create reports and metrics
- Expert in processes’ design, flow, and enhancements.
