Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and anticipate their evolving needs
- Prepare strategic recommendations and proposals for program enhancements while collaborating with internal business units
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact and manage program scope, quality expectations, and invoicing
Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of client relationship management and strategic leadership experience
- Four-year college degree or higher; MBA preferred
- Previous experience with employee, channel, or customer loyalty programs strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy for value-based client discussions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite to support strategic analysis and client presentations
