- Designing great products and building a great team
- Managing people and building great cultures
- Launching software across an ambiguous product area
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Annual company-wide retreats
- Extensive experience in UX design, with some management experience
- Experience with web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS)
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Ability to conduct user research and produce high-quality, relevant data
- Ability to articulate advanced product design concepts and principles to non-experts
