Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a team of curious, hard-working engineers
- Overseeing the team's software architecture and software development lifecycle
- Prioritizing and road mapping projects and work items for the team and members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of overall Software Engineering experience
- 5+ years being a Supervisor or Manager
- Possess skills in microservices, database design patterns, Docker, Go and Postgres (or similar)
- Must have experience building high volume SaaS products with significant scale
- Must have experience in moving from a monolithic application to a microservices based architecture
