Job Summary
A provider of online and campus-based culinary training has a current position open for a Remote Student Accounts Representative.
Must be able to:
- Accepting calls for current, past due and delinquent student accounts
- Working with college-wide student services staff and department leaders
- Assisting college-wide staff and students with interpretation of information on student accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months high school or college coursework in accounting
- One-year experience in office environment processing, recording or compiling accounting, bookkeeping, etc
- Must be familiar with college billing and refund policies, institutional and FERPA confidentiality regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Chrome
