Job Summary
A company that provides financial services is seeking a Remote Support and Operations Cloud Platform Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing processes for incident, release, and request management
- Leading the IT Support / Operations team in providing 24/7 support to clients
- Driving strategy for compliance management, ensuring that all IT operations are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3-5 years' experience in IT Applications management, with a focus on incident, release, and request management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and other industry standards for IT service management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
