Digital Surgery Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager Digital Surgery Platform Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of service requests and incidents for the Digital Surgery Platform, including compliance maintenance activities
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to refine processes and reporting, providing insights for improvements
- Ensure operations comply with relevant standards and maintain the service and support knowledge base
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT or a similar area, focusing on Support or Operations
- Experience with Azure cloud services is required
- Experience in a healthcare environment or another highly-regulated industry is preferred
- Previous people management experience is advantageous
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile/SAFe, Azure) are advantageous
