Remote Survey Research Statistician Associate
Job Summary
A research and consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Survey Research Statistician Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading development of Address-based Sampling designs
- Conducting power analyses to determine required sample sizes
- Implementing quality control procedures, including nonresponse and mode effect analyses
Position Requirements Include:
- Ph.D., ABD or Master's degree in statistics, quantitative survey methodology, or a quantitative social science field
- Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of relevant experience, Master's Degree + 3 years of relevant experience, or PhD
- Strong SAS, Stata, R or Python programming skills
- Working knowledge of sampling inference and applied sampling strategies
- Demonstrated ability to conduct methodological research
- Experience with developing Address-based Sampling sample designs
