Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Factory (SWF) Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch a technical approach runbook to streamline product roadmaps for Veteran-centric services
- Implement foundational monitoring data to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime for critical services
- Lead the development of dashboards for system decommissioning and outcome reporting to modernize IT infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Computer Science
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a substitution option for education
- Experience with Jira and Microsoft Suite
- Power BI experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability / Public Trust clearance
