Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Configuration Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Attending practice assessment calls and conducting calls as necessary to gather necessary information
  • Working independently to lead, coordinate, and manage client projects simultaneously within specified timelines
  • Training, coaching, and guiding clients on their configuration and the tasks that will be assigned to them

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong client facing and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to effectively navigate and collaborate across stakeholders to achieve program goals and results
  • 2-4 years of professional experience
