Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Configuration Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Attending practice assessment calls and conducting calls as necessary to gather necessary information
- Working independently to lead, coordinate, and manage client projects simultaneously within specified timelines
- Training, coaching, and guiding clients on their configuration and the tasks that will be assigned to them
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong client facing and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to effectively navigate and collaborate across stakeholders to achieve program goals and results
- 2-4 years of professional experience
