Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Program Management Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage communication of progress/status within the core team and with our XFN partners
• Lead and inspire a distributed team of Technical Program Managers (TPM) drawn from several parts of the business
• Build a healthy, scalable, and growth-oriented TPM organization across multiple business units

Qualifications Include:

• 10 years of experience managing technical projects in a software engineering domain
• 5 years of experience leading teams within technical program management or equivalent roles
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence
• Comfort with changing specifications or standards
• Committed to building inclusive teams and team culture
• Organizational leadership, with ability to collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries
