Technical Program Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision, strategy, and architecture for large-scale technical programs
• Oversee execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations to align program deliverables with business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Five years of post-baccalaureate experience in a Senior Software Engineer or related role
• Experience in providing broadband services in Fixed and Mobile Satellite Broadband domains
• Proficiency in end-to-end integration of EMS and NMS networks and network management systems
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, SOAP, REST, Informatica Cloud, JBoss, EAP, and Weblogic
