Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers and Base Optimization experts
- Provide solutions architecture guidance to customers for advanced implementations and complex configurations
- Drive program development and iterate on support offerings to meet enterprise-scale customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical support, customer success, or solution architecture roles, including 3+ years in leadership
- Experience in platform or integration-heavy SaaS companies
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and scalable implementation paths
- Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-informed decision-making
