Technical Program Management Director
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Technical Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical vision, strategy, and architecture for large-scale programs
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies while managing risks and issues
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Business departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of program initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Five years of post-baccalaureate experience in a Senior Software Engineer or related role
- Experience in providing broadband services in Fixed and Mobile Satellite Broadband domains
- Knowledge of end-to-end integration of EMS and NMS networks
- Proficiency in Java, SOAP, REST, Informatica Cloud, JBoss, EAP, and Weblogic
