A diversified banking company is in need of a Remote Technical Program Management Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong technical backgrounds
- At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
- Experience as a TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs
- Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results
- Highly tuned emotional intelligence, good listener, and deep seated empathy for teams and partners
