A company is looking for a Remote Warranty Call Center agent.

- Provide telephone customer service claims support to dealers
- Assist dealers with claims preapprovals and post approvals
- Conduct transactions according to claims policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- One year of related experience, preferably in Automotive Warranty or as a Service Advisor
- Basic computer systems knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
