Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Warranty Call Center agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone customer service claims support to dealers
  • Assist dealers with claims preapprovals and post approvals
  • Conduct transactions according to claims policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • One year of related experience, preferably in Automotive Warranty or as a Service Advisor
  • Basic computer systems knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
