Remote Water Resources Engineer
Job Summary
A civil engineering consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Water Resources Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Demonstrating knowledge, skills, and abilities to lead developing hydrologic and hydraulic models
- Leading and developing design calculations and hydrologic models for various meteorological events on watersheds enveloping large development projects such as wind and solar farms
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and software such as HEC-2D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HEC-GeoHMS, HEC –GeoRAS, ArcGIS, SMS, SRH-2D, XP-SWMM, InfoWorks, CORMIX, FLOW-2D
