Remote Web Program and Operations Manager

Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company is seeking a Remote Web Program and Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing multiple projects of varying sizes/scale from strategy through concepting and execution
• Acting as day-to-day contact for multiple internal stakeholders for projects
• Synthesizing feedback & creating actionable items for Product Management, Content Strategy, UX Design & Development teams

Qualifications for this position include:

• 4-5+ years of Traffic/Product Management in an eCommerce, Marketing or Agency setting
• Takes initiative, responsibility and ownership to ensure that what is needed gets completed
• Infectious energy for building best in class, customer centric eCommerce experiences
• Experience and passion for proactively managing high-volume projects with exceptional prioritization and organization skills
• Experience managing multiple highly complex simultaneous projects involving cross-functional project teams
• Proficiency with workflow, project management and presentation tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA/Confluence, MS Office, Excel, Sharepoint)
