Job Summary
A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Management Forecasting Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the forecasting and projection expert
- Utilizing advanced programming languages to develop machine learning algorithms
- Driving performance management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years’ Workforce Management experience
- 3+ years’ experience in forecast and predictive modelling (machine learning) within an omni channel organization
- 3+ years steering business unit level analysis and dissemination of information to all levels of leadership
- 3+ years’ experience working with WFM industry standard software (Nice/IEX, Verint, etc)
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED
