Job Summary

A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Management Forecasting Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serving as the forecasting and projection expert
• Utilizing advanced programming languages to develop machine learning algorithms
• Driving performance management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3+ years’ Workforce Management experience
• 3+ years’ experience in forecast and predictive modelling (machine learning) within an omni channel organization
• 3+ years steering business unit level analysis and dissemination of information to all levels of leadership
• 3+ years’ experience working with WFM industry standard software (Nice/IEX, Verint, etc)
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
