Job Summary

A health services company is filling a position for a Remote Workforce Management Software Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring and reacting to fluctuations in call volume
  • Scheduling activities around forecasted call patterns
  • Providing statistical staffing requirements based upon current staffing availability

Required Skills:

  • Requires a H.S. diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years call center operations experience
  • Real-time management experience in a centralized call center environment is preferred
  • Manages and adjusts call routing when unusual call patterns exist in order to ensure service levels are met
  • Can schedul off-phone activities when call volume projections are down
