Key Responsibilities
- Perform audits and analysis to identify trends and prioritize performance improvement initiatives
- Manage a team of auditors, including hiring, training, and tracking audit outcomes
- Modify workflows and collaborate with other departments to enhance revenue cycle processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare, or equivalent experience
- 6-8 years of experience in medical billing and/or insurance collections, with 3 years in prior authorization and denial management
- Certification in coding or relevant coding management experience
- Experience in the Lab & Diagnostic industry is a plus
- Management experience is required
