Risk and Quality Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Risk & Quality Performance Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Health Plan Risk and Quality leaders to manage data collection strategies and analytics
- Oversee Risk/Quality data ingestion activities to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory audit guidelines and communicate risks and issues to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of program and/or project management experience in risk adjustment and/or quality
- 2+ years of experience supporting HEDIS engine activity and risk adjustment reporting systems
- Familiarity with running queries in Microsoft Azure or SQL server
- Healthcare experience with functional risk adjustment and/or quality knowledge
