Job Summary
A company is looking for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Resource Utilization Group (RUG) / Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) Trainer & Quality Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and train SNF/RUG/PDPM auditors through various training sessions
- Perform medical record audits to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
- Drive productivity and quality goals while collaborating across teams
Required Qualifications
- Active RN, LPN, or LVN license in good standing
- 5+ years of experience with MDS processes and completion
- Strong background in SNF, RUG, PDPM, and Medicaid reimbursement
- Previous experience in corporate training, clinical auditing, or utilization review
- RAC-CT certification (active or willing to recertify)
