Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tools Sales & Service Representative (TSSR) for the Eastern U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote, sell, and service rotary tools while maximizing revenue and market share in the assigned territory
- Identify and develop sales opportunities, and create a sales plan for the designated territory
- Manage relationships with distributors and customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and participation in technical studies and demonstrations
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- At least ten years of relevant industry sales experience in construction and/or mining
- Experience in selling drill bits and associated accessories to customers in North America
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage and support dealer networks through training and troubleshooting
